What Do All Real Entrepreneurs Have In Common?
In any business, there are always risks involved. For entrepreneurs, it’s even worse in these times because the consequences are brutal in this poor economy. This is the reality of what’s going on out there in the world right now, but the ones that do succeed have one thing in common. It is called the right mindset.
Main Problem With Entrepreneurs
All entrepreneurs suffer from an illness. This illness makes them go into an entrepreneurial heart attack. The problem comes down to entrepreneurs wanting to do everything. They over task themselves with all sorts of work they are not good at instead of delegating their time and efforts properly into what they know they can do. An entrepreneur that does this goes into survival mode. There is too much to do and nothing effective is getting done.
Reason Why Illness Affects Entrepreneurs Ryan Kavanaugh
This illness creates fear in entrepreneurs. Fear of taking a new task, fear of failing and even fear of succeeding and not being able to know what to do. An entrepreneur that is not taking risks and is spending his time exposing his company or product is losing money. This entrepreneur is only reacting, he wants everything to be perfect. An entrepreneur that is always looking at ways to avoid ACTION and stay in his comfort zone. The truth is that this kind of person is not really an entrepreneur. This person is a thinker. Thinking his way through everything and getting nothing done.
The Real Entrepreneur
This breed, the entrepreneur, gets things done. This person know what his strengths and weaknesses are and is willing to still take action and see what happens. The entrepreneur doesn’t react. Though scared, he holds the believe that no matter what happens he is going to get to where he wants to be. The entrepreneur has made a commitment to himself. A mindset that anything less is something that is not him. A pledge that he will rather die trying and be happy than to be temporarily content with what he has and be miserable.
Solution for Entrepreneuritis?
The best solution to have an unbreakable mindset is to know why you are doing this for? Sit down and close your eyes. Is this entrepreneurial dream to have more money? Why do you want more money? If you didn’t have the money, would you still be happy? Will there be another alternative? For some, this is what some entrepreneurs need.
